What is bonding?

Bonding is how ImpDAO will be selling new shares in the fund. We will sell shares at a discount compared to the current price in exchange for assets, which we will choose as means of payment. Once you bond, you will get the IMP token vested linearly every block over a certain period (5 days at launch) and you forfeit the assets you bonded. Ideally, you should claim your vested IMP during the bonding duration to stake it before every rebase to earn interest on your unlocked IMP. Please remember that bonding is an active strategy When buying a bond, you want the bond price to be below the current price of IMP (i.e. trading at a discount). In this scenario, you will receive a positive ROI equal to your discount if the price of IMP remains flat during your vesting duration.
